"I had a big problem getting the key to the room. There was no note or message to explain how to get the key. I tried to call several times but there was no answer. It was a most challenging experience."

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"

"i absolutely adored my stay here. the hosts are super friendly and helpful, giving you a family-like feeling. the rooms are simple and tidy with great comfortable beds. there is even a nice big sunny balcony overseeing this beautiful calm land. and a small gym room with a bench press and weights. if you are in this lovely area, look no further, this place is like home. it is simply fantastic.
