"We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and, most importantly, its incredible staff. "The worst possible experience. I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. The hotel is not safe for life. Be careful. This hotel should be removed from Expedia. I am very disappointed with the company… after so many years of being a regular customer… I am very concerned about the types of hotels that make contracts with Expedia. This experience put our lives in danger. We arrived around 9 PM. The hotel manager said that he had sold the room. He did not know there was a reservation through...
