"This is our favorite so far in all the hotel we stayed in Switzerland. The hotel is very chic and the room we got is really nice with a good view of Matterhorn. The room is modern and chic. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices in comparison to the last 3 hotels we’ve been in Switzerland. I will stay at this hotel again when I come back to Zermatt "

"This location is excellent and the train station is across the street, (I never heard the train). The green line bus stop is about a 30 second walk, while the heart of downtown is located a couple of minutes from this hotel. The rooms were clean and my hostel bed was configured in such a way that it was very private. I would stay here again!"
"Perfect location. We could see the Matterhorn from our balcony. The only drawback was no air conditioning and the bed was a bit hard. The breakfast was excellent! Everyone was also kind and helpful. "
"we had a very nice large room on the top floor with amazing views of the Matterhorn. The pool was very nice and had special jets that helped ease our muscles after a long day of hiking. The hotel was just far enough off the main strip we didn’t hear the all the noise of any late night activities but still close enough we could walk to all shops and restaurants. If we ever make it back to Switzerland we will be looking to stay here again. "
