"周囲に食事出来る施設がほとんどないのに、食事の提供がない。自転車で琵琶湖一周していたが、朝食が出ないのでおにぎりを買うために自転車往復6.6km走らざるをえなかった。また自転車で近くの気軽に夕食が食べれる所は １軒しかない。更に普通の宿ならあると思っていたタオルや浴衣の提供がないのも驚いた。"

"main door access code was not easy to get as the instructions was not clear and straightforward for that, no staff could help at that time which was in the pretty cold night, there was no air cond. inside untill we entered the room, and the hot shower water was not supplied after 3rd family member finish it that 2 families couldn't take a shower in that cold night"
