"My overall experience was not good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. However, basic services expected at a four star resort e.g. bathrobes for the wellness area was not available for most of our stay. We booked a deluxe 3 bedroom apartment and although it had a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher soap was not provided. We had to ask for our toilet paper to be replenished. The floors were also not clean and the carpets on our floor were stained and dirty. I cannot...

"From the very first Gruss Gott to the last aufwiedersehen our guest experience at Alpenblick was fantastic.

Danke auch dann Hermann den Saunameister, der mich hier das erste Mal beim Eisbaden im See, der sich direkt beim Hotel befindet nach der Sauna begleitet hat!"
