"We had a good welcoming upon arrival. We extended our stay of one more night and the lady at front desk was super helpful when we talk over the phone and she was the same person who welcomed us on check in day. The room was spacious (we had a one bedroom suite) and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was super helpful with a variety of choices. The hotel is well located with view over mountains, near many shoppes, restaurants and the lake."

"Excellent location in the city center, easy access to all services. I booked a two-bedroom apartment with a living room. The apartment can accommodate two adults and four children under 15 years old. Storage space is limited and cannot hold many suitcases (four large suitcases). The kitchen is fully equipped. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg. You can sit on the terrace. Staff were very friendly dot and helpful. We had the sea view which was nice but noisy due to trains running through the night. Maybe best to book Mountain View. Hotel is close to the spa and town centre. Great location."
