"Such a beautiful hotel with some of the best views in Chefchaouen! The grounds are incredibly well-kept, and the staff were kind and helpful. Yes, there are a lot of stairs (unavoidable in Chefchaouen), but honestly, the view is worth every step. We loved relaxing by the pool, and the decor is simple and very tasteful. If you're staying on a Friday, definitely pre-order the couscous - it was the best we had during our trip in Morocco! "

"Ants infested the room and in food. Hotel tried to blame us for ants and would not change room. Sprayed poison all around room that made all cloths smell. Very poor service. Could not get water or other items delivered. Dog in next villa barked day and night even though dogs not allowed. Hotel did not stop dog. Ruined my honeymoon. Overpriced for service and amenities. Staff was absolutely 5 star: professional, friendly, helpful...and luckily spoke about 4-5 different languages! We extended our stay because we loved the hotel and town so much. Highly recommend."
