"I booked two family suite for my family. One of them was clean (Rm 413) but the other stinks (Rm 414). It smells like urine. The pool area was amazing. It was clean, well-maintained and has lots of lounging chairs with shades from trees or some umbrellas. The locker/shower room by the pool could use some updating, but still functional. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a not-so-friendly interaction with a front desk personnel name Queen, but did not let it get in the way of having an amazing time with my family. She made the check-in process unnecessarily difficult and felt like she intentionally placed my family in a stinky room. Check out was easy. I like how safe and secured the hotel is (specially tower 2) and how friendly and helpful most of the staffs are. Their Tower 2 seemed newer, cleaner, more quiet and has more security features than tower 1. I was able to compare because my room was at tower 2 and my family was placed on tower 1.
I highly recommend the hotel to vacationing families. It has a convenient location, offer shuttle services if you're not renting a car. There are restaurants and coffee shops on site (2 at Widus, and many others on the Marriott and Swissotel properties) but only 1 is open 24/7, located at the casino area. Pricing of food is reasonable. They have a gym but may or may not be enough to your fitness activities as it is really small. However, the convenient location means you'll find a gym in a mile or two outside the hotel."
