Great place!

Our family (wife, myself and two children) stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The room was modern and very clean. The hotel is family run and they cannot do anymore to ensure you have a nice stay. Only improvement could be wifi, however, my experience is wifi isn’t great anywhere you go in Zante.

The rooms smelled so horrible. Second room was better than the first but even the second room smelled like sewage. The hallways smelled like dirty mop water. The balcony door lock was busted and we put the nightstand in front so we can hold it closed. The pictures on Expedia did not advertise the property correctly. After driving around and seeing other places I would have absolutely booked another place but since this was a no refund hotel we were stuck. Would not recommend or ever go back!

La struttura si trova nell'ingresso del paese di Tsivili, è a due passi dal Mare. Personale molto familiare ma disponibile al 100% . Faranno del tutto per accontentare qualsiasi desiderio. L'utilità della piscina sostituisce la discesa al mare al pomeriggio. soño molto contento.

Great stay!

Our superior room was very modern and was cleaned every day with fresh towels. The pool area had plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The staff were very friendly and we would defo come back!

Liked large room and balcony. Good food and service at pool bar. Pool lovely and always plenty of sunbeds. Disliked lack of dishes and cutlery. No other kitchen facilities apart from fridge and kettle cups glasses and spoons. Disappointed in cleaning of room bed not made any day and sheets not changed all week. bathroom not cleaned every day and floors not mopped just swept.

Nice small hotel

A very nice hotel, close to the beach and tsilivi strip, where you can find lots of shops and restaurants. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away from this hotel where you can travel to Zante town and then to Laganas and Kalamaki. The airport is only 15 minutes away from the hotel and only cost €22. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the ladies are very friendly. The son of the owners is very nice and ready to help you with anything you ask him. The only downside to this hotel is the reception area as there is any and you get a bit worried and don’t know what the rest look like but surprisingly the rooms are very big, clean and well presented with a very big balcony with a sea view . All overall a good hotel

I loved my stay at the Callinica Hotel. The hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in much earlier than the check in time. I booked a superior suite and am so glad that I did as the room was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was lovely and firm and the shower was amazing! I was told that these rooms were refurbished around 2 years ago and it shows. The superior suites catch a lot of lovely sunshine in the mornings and up until mid afternoon as there is no room, so it's lovely for an extra opportunity to tan while drinking a coffee! Also, I have to comment on the big fluffy towels which were so lovely too! And so white! There's a little fridge/freezer in the room, though no other 'kitchen' to cook - kettle and mugs/glasses provided but that's all. The pool area was great and clean, though some of the sunbeds/parasols could possibly do with a bit of an upgrade but no biggie. The staff are all so lovely and warm - just like you would expect in Greece! Drinks and food can be purchased at the pool bar too at a reasonable cost. I had such a relaxing stay at this hotel. I was on my own and never once felt out of place. The staff were there if you needed them and always willing to help. Loved speaking to some of the guests too though wish I had done this more! Thank you for making my stay so wonderful. I came at a tough time and the hotel was just what I needed. Would definitely recommend as a no-frills, clean, welcoming and relaxing place to stay.

We have stayed here before so we knew what to expect. The staff are very friendly right down to the cleaning staff. We have managed to leave an item behind and they have been incredibly helpful in assisting in getting this back to us!
