Fabulous stay at the Balcony, Tsilivi

We had a wonderful week at the Balcony hotel. The hotel is beautiful, our room was amazing (Panoramic suite - best sea view ever), the food excellent, but the clincher were the amazing staff, Adamantini, Anastasia, Eleni, and everyone else, who did everything possible and more to ensure we had a great stay. Would highly recommend. We’ll be back. Thank you all at the Balcony. Amazing!

The room is beautiful and it has a wonderful view. The service is excellent, all the staff is kind, friendly and always helpful. If I come again to Zakynthos I’ll choose Balcony Boutique Hotel again without a doubt, I absolutely recommend this property!

Beautiful Location and amazing staff

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Balcony Hotel. The staff were very friendly and had exceptional service. The breakfast was amazing and changed daily. The view speaks for itself. Special mention to Anastasia and Adamantini for always being the most helpful and friendliest staff members, they really did make our stay special.

It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The views were breathtaking, and the warm welcome from the staff made us feel instantly at home. Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great, and dinner was truly outstanding—each dish thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, the gourmet menu alone is worth a visit. We enjoyed a perfect sunset, made even more memorable by the delicious food and expertly crafted drinks.

Lovely quiet property. Delicious breakfast buffet every morning was a perfect way to start the day. We really enjoyed the friendly staff and the view from our balcony. It is a little away from the hustle and bustle of Tsilivi and Planos but it had one of the few parking lots in the area which is why we picked it. We really enjoyed the city of Tsilivi. Great place to stay on the island. There were a couple things we didn’t particularly like, the toilets only allow flushing every 15 mins so you have to wait to flush sometimes. This may be because of the type of plumbing I’m not sure. The beds were beautiful but too stiff for my back. There are no usb ports for US visitors fyi. Overall very happy with our stay.

Tudo excelente

Excelente hotel, bem localizado (a 5K do centro de Zante), apartamentos confortáveis e bem equipados, café da manhã bom (poderia ter mais frutas) e com estacionamento. O hotel fica em um penhasco, mas possui uma vista maravilhosa. A praia de Tsilivi está a menos de 200 metros. Destaque especial para o staff!!! Funcionários excelentes, super atenciosos sem exceção, fazem de tudo para agradar aos hóspedes. A Athanasia foi de uma atenção ímpar em todos os momentos, dando excelentes dicas sobre passeios, restaurantes etc. Mas faço aqui um agradecimento especial a ela, pelo cuidado com a minha esposa que teve uma indisposição gástrica. Descobrimos Zakynthos por meio de um site de corridas (participamos de uma prova de 10K). Foram 4 dias inesquecíveis.

A estadia foi excelente em todos os aspectos. Desde o primeiro minuto de recepção até a despedida. Incrível!

Amamos tanto o Balcony, de coração. Eu e meu esposo não falamos inglês, tampouco grego, nosso idioma oficial é o português do Brasil. E as meninas mesmo não sabendo falar nossa língua, fizeram o possível e o impossível para termos uma boa comunicação. Super atenciosas e prestativas. O café da manhã é excelente, com bastante variedade. Quartos sempre limpos e confortáveis. Restaurante do hotel excelente e hóspede tem 10% de desconto. Amamos tanto e recomendamos de olhos fechados!

Das Balkony ist ein wunderbares, familiär geführtes Hotel, in dem das Personal inclusive Inhaberin sich täglich sehr um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert hat. Wir haben uns willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt und können es ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die grandiose Aussicht vom Zimmer (uneingeschränkter Meerblick, mit Rauschen nachts) und beim Frühstück gewesen.

Incrível! O hotel é maravilhoso! Ficamos num quarto com vista para o mar e para o espetacular pôr-do-sol. Quarto amplo, super confortável. Talvez o único inconveniente é que vazava água durante o banho por baixo do box e molhava o chão. Mas nada que comprometesse a qualidade geral do hotel. Ao lado há um restaurante extraordinário vinculado ao hotel e com 10% de descontos para os hóspedes! Destaco a atenção dos funcionários e a simpatia de todos! Adoramos! Voltaria com certeza! Zakyntos é uma ilha linda com praias de tirar o fôlego.
