"Their payment system was not working, I was not able to pay through Expedia and receive the discount that I had. For the price I paid, towels were not even included nor shower gels, I had to pay extra to rent some old looking rags. The breakfast was cereal and milk. They also had some cheap bread and jam. Really disappointed in the quality of this hostel considering the price I paid. The only bonus was the location. Would not return!"

"So the hotel was good and the staff was professional and courteous. The breakfast was very good. The one thing that I didn’t appreciate is that when I booked on Expedia I didn’t not mention that I have to pay to use the pool."
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My favourite hotel in Zakopane!
This was my second summer staying here, and once again it was absolutely amazing. I can genuinely say this is probably my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Whenever I come back to Zakopane, this is the only hotel I would book.
The location is perfect beautiful, convenient, and an excellent base for enjoying Zakopane and the mountains. The hotel itself is gorgeous, comfortable, incredibly clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere.
The breakfast is AMAZING! There is such a great selection, everything is fresh and delicious, and it was honestly something I looked forward to every morning.
I also have to mention the pool because I normally hate swimming in public or hotel pools, but I absolutely love this one. It is always exceptionally clean, the water feels so fresh, and there isn’t that overwhelming chlorine smell that you get at so many other pools. It’s one of the few hotel pools I actually look forward to using!
The staff are wonderful friendly, professional, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire stay. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the hotel and making guests feel comfortable.
After staying here for two summers in a row, I honestly wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when I’m in Zakopane. It has become my home away from home in the mountains, and I already can’t wait to come back next summer! ❤️🏔️
Highly, highly recommend!"
"The listing said the economy studio has 2 sofa beds. I ended up having a double and a sofa (not a sofa bed). My travel partner had to sleep on the sofa for 3 nights.
It's about 15mins walk to the train station/buses. You can literally see the station when you walk out, it's just you have to go around the roads to get there. The apartment is located near the end of the road (at least quit into the road), but overall not a big problem.
Other than that, space is good, had basic cooking stuff."
"lovely hotel on the outskirts of zakopane perfect for travelling to the mountains. room was lovely and clean and beds very comfy. staff were so kind and helpful with any questions and the restaurant attached had amazing food. only slight issue was a limited amount of parking spaces, we rented a car and had to park just outside the front door on our second night. not the end of the world though and we have come on an exceptionally busy weekend! highly recommend staying here"
"Great hotel close to everything, yet set away from everything, so it’s peaceful and quiet. All members of the staff were very kind and welcoming. The room and hotel were very clean and the WiFi was reliable and fast. The restaurant is outstanding and breakfast was well done too. Thanks for a great stay!"
