The modern decor in a historical building was a great combination. The space provided a very comfortable place for our family to relax in when we weren’t out sightseeing. Directions to get in were very specific and easy to understand. The host was super helpful when the Expedia wasn’t working correctly and when we needed help with parking. I highly recommend this property.

While the apartment was comfortable enough and was in the location we needed to be in, we did not have a great experience. Trying to get ahold of the host is impossible. 5 days before our check in I started to message them on Expedia, after not hearing back for a few days, Expedia tried to contact them on my behalf and also did not hear back. Fast forward to checking in: before your arrival they send an automatic email to upload info, it has a message spot so I also sent a message on there and heard nothing. The automatic email I received with the codes to get the keys had 2 WhatsApp phone numbers and said to contact them if you need anything….. so I also sent messages to those two numbers and never heard back. I believe I sent 6 or 7 messages total and Expedia also sent some…. I am surprised they can manage an apartment without any communication. I would not recommend this place. Side note to Expedia: they were very helpful with this situation and kept good communication with me. I am happy we booked through them.

Very good appartement and sweet design,just missing a coffee machine and toaster for breakfast. Communication with owner was not good. It was asking to leave key in letter box and je report that i leave flat with key without talking with me

The property is updated, well cleaned and safe. Hosts were friendly. Prepare yourself for many flights of stairs to carry luggage. The location was fairly central - you will need to walk 10-15min to the center of Zagreb which we enjoyed. Check-out did not require us to wait for host- which was appreciated on our early 5am check out.
