I normally don’t write negative reviews, but unfortunately, I left this place with a very bad feeling.
We arrived in the evening and left the following morning. First, we were told that we had no reservation, even though I showed the reservation in the app. We were then asked to pay additional money for something we had already paid for through the Hotel.com website.
There was also no hot water in the apartment. We had to call several times before the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, by the morning there was no hot water again.
When we left, there were some dishes left in the sink. I honestly did not expect that, after having no hot water, we would also be expected to wash dishes with cold water.
However, the most disappointing part was the way we were treated after leaving. We received several phone calls in which we were insulted and told not to come back. We were called "dirty" and were even told to "go back to the country we came from."
Regardless of any disagreement about the condition of the apartment or the dishes, this is not an acceptable way to treat guests.
Problems can happen during any stay, and I can understand that. What I cannot accept is being treated disrespectfully and insulted as a guest.
