"Il Sentiero was a wonderful surprise. It is a very serene and picturesque agriturismo with tons of olive and lemon trees. Owner/operator Salvo is a very hospitable and lovely person. We chose to eat there each evening, and he never failed to provide us with tasty meals. We highly recommend this place for visitors to the Catania area. It is located about 40 minutes north of the airport, close to an autostrada exit, and is convenient for visiting places such as Mt. Etna, Taormina, and Messina."

"After a week of sightseeing and travel, we had a great time just taking it easy and enjoying the countryside at Case Perrotta. The drive up was very beautiful and Case Perrotta is near a lot of really cute small towns; it is also a stones throw away from Mount Etna and we were able to do a nice hike nearby.
