" We choose to stay at Marriott properties because of a high standard of cleanliness. This property is not up to par. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher at check-in. The fridge handle was completely missing. The overhead light in the kitchen was burned out. Air-conditioning not working. The tub drain was disgusting. Dried urine at the base of the toilet. Phone did not work. We took photos of it all to document it and have reported it to the Residencer Inn Corporate offices. To top it all off we were charged $360 more than our receipt shows we should have been charged. After several calls to the hotel to try and resolve the issue we gave up and went to corporate offices. We have never written a bad review before...but this property really needs to up their game. It is terrible!"

"Clean rooms, location good for what we needed, pretty easy access to interstate and across from airport, breakfast was good pretty basic. Pool area was nice and clean"

"The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was okay. The room was old, smelled terrible. Staff offered spray for the smell. The floor around the ac was soaked assuming from the AC."

"We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service."
