"Everything was great. The only problem was the elevator got stuck, but they fixed it right away and the toilet was running in my room, which was annoying. Other than that I had a great stay."

"The only down side to it when you go to check out you pretty much have to locate a cart for your luggage if needed to tote from your room. I suggested they put a chip in them so that they would know where they are located so the guest doesn't have to search each floor for one"

"The staff was extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire stay. The complimentary breakfast was great and there was plenty of parking for a busy weekend. My only suggestion is that you book your reservations directly through the hotel and not through Expedia. I had to get a second room at the last minute and Expedia charged me 3x the regular rate."

"This hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and spotlessly clean, featuring really nice rooms and excellent food from the onsite restaurants. The casino floor provides a great atmosphere, and small touches like the complimentary water bottles by the front desk were much appreciated, though I was a bit sad to discover the property no longer has a pool. While the free valet parking is a fantastic value add, it can get heavily congested during major events; we experienced a pretty significant delay on my graduation day due to the service being backed up. If you have a time-sensitive event nearby, I highly recommend playing it safe and requesting your car 45 minutes to an hour early, but overall, it was a wonderful experience that I thoroughly enjoyed."

"This place needs updating and cleaning so badly. It smells awful. No fridge, no microwave in room and just all around dirty. "

"I’ve stayed here in the past and was always happy to return. However this time it wasn’t as pleasant. The tub had hair in it and by the time they could remedy it, we cleared it out ourselves. There were other issues, but we didn’t bother complaining about it. Years past, I remember there was a desk in the room so I could work, not this time. Even though there is a business room, I do a lot of video calls for work, not to mention the multiple monitors need to present - it wouldn’t be fair to another patron using the same area. They did mention in a letter received at check in that they were renovating, so I hope it will get back to the reason I always enjoyed staying there in the place."
