"The hotel is across from some music venues. The have a music ordinance that music ends at 10:30pm so if sleeping early or have small kids you may want to stay somewhere else. Also entrance is thru IHG loft hotel that they share location with "

"Great location, excellent valet and bar/restaurant staff. Rooms are smaller but on par with many European hotels and very comfortable. Room wasn’t serviced on one occasion, and little in the way of recognition of the inconvenience of this my front desk, but quickly rectified and not a big issue in the end. Would recommend "

"I did not stay. The room was disgusting. Stains in the bed mold in the bathroom and dirty bath tub. Room smelled like mold and there were cockroaches. The property and room look nothing like the pictures "

"Room was clean but un need of repairs. There should be two people at front desk during peak check in times. No silverware or cookware. An FYI to guests. No do not disturb sign to hang on door. Great location for down town for a solo trip or for college kids. No frills, bells or whistles here. Bed was clean and comfortable. "
