"Very nice, modern, clean impressive place with a great deck. Walking to nice beaches and a cute old town area. The family that owns/runs the place is delightful. The mother gave us delicious figs from her garden! This is likely the best option in this area. Our only issue was there is only one AC unit for the place so the rear private bedroom gets no AC. It was incredibly hot during our stay so this was not comfortable. We ended up sleeping in the living room and loft area only. Otherwise a...

"Overall a good experience. Odd that in late June the roof top bar was not open, nor the lower pool-side cafe (drinks only, no food). Both apparently open soon. Art restaurant is good, lovely terrace. Prices a little up but quality and service is very good. However, would suggest going into Šibenik as old town and food within, is excellent (and some lovely staff who are very welcoming). Great atmosphere too. Taxi boat is a nice idea but often away on other business so Uber works best. Easy pick up and 7/8 euros to riva. Lovely light rooms. We had view over marina (room 317) which we were very happy with, although from 5:45 each morning we could hear the drum of extractor fans in the kitchen above us as breakfast service began! Would stay again."

"This property had the friendliest staff I've ever seen. They gave us nice upgrades and were very helpful with providing answers and tips for sightseeing. When some members of our party were doing a very early checkout, they packed to-go breakfast for them without our asking. Their breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious and we really enjoyed swimming in the multiple beaches right outside. Several restaurants and cute stores within walking distance as well."

"It was very hot when we were there in June and we had the very top room which was extremely hot and the a/c couldn’t keep up. They did bring us a fan which helped some. 401 has a lot of sloped ceiling and can be difficult to get in and out of bed with out bumping your head. The 5 flights of stairs are a lot with luggage but the staff are more than helpful offering to help take up your luggage. Location was excellent !"

"Very nice hotel with a large pool and within walking distance of old town Trogir. We had a great room with a jacuzzi upstairs which was nice but there is construction right now on the property next door and a huge crane was above our heads when outside which wasn’t great. The workers were loud and there wasn’t much privacy. Once the construction is done I would recommend our room!"
