"Loved this hotel. We had a suite with a private onsen which was perfect and we also used the communal and roof top onsens which were lovely. Breakfast was fantastic. Would definately return."

"The staff were so hospitable. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in for dinner on time. They had it all set for us even though we arrived after dinner service.
The rooms are beautiful, onsen’s lovely and the countryside is beautiful.
If you’re looking for a traditional Japanese experience this is it. "

"Our stay here in March 2025 was wonderful. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, even picked us up from the station without prior arrangement! The food was incredible, traditional Japanese breakfast that set us up for the day and a delicious dinner which when combined with the sake and very comfortable futons ensured a great night’s sleep.
