Over a week of dealing with the bank trying to get it sorted out. The room itself wasn’t bad, but this bank situation has ruined it for me. A $300 room has now turned into hundreds in overdraft fees and a headache. Won’t be returning. "

I was supposed to receive the check in info 24 hours before my arrival but it never arrived. The day of my trip, I called the number I was sent, left them text messages and sent messages via the hotels.com app. No response. I contacted hotels.com customer service and they were unable to reach the property manager as well. I arrived to Joshua tree thinking I was going to have to book a hotel room when I finally received a message with check in info 3.5 hours before my check in time! "
