"The property overall was beautiful and clean. I loved how there were plenty of activities to choose from BUT I did not like that it was not inclusive. If you wanted to do bowling, the arcade, the escape room, or the F1 immersive experience you had to pay an extra fee. The spa services were also extra and I feel like they were extremely overpriced, I’m from NYC and spa services are significantly cheaper compared to the resort. The resort is also not in the main Cancun hotel zone so you are significantly further. If you’re a beach lover like myself this resort is a NO! The beach is horrible, the water is full of seaweed and is just dark and murky, there is a weird odor every morning coming from the beach as well. There are no beach chairs and the beach isn’t advertised in any way at the resort, it’s almost as if they prefer for you to not visit the beach. Overall the staff were great, property was nice but I would not return here."
