"NOT ALL INCLUSIVE
Please be mindful that this is not all inclusive… So if you’re buying the all-inclusive, do not expect there to be EVERYTHING included.
You will pay $12 for a iced coffee
You will pay $10 for ice cream
Room service is not included. You will pay extra for that.
There is no mini fridge that is stocked, this is a room service charge if you need drinks or refreshments.
If you’re coming from a colder climate to your room will stay at 19°C, which is summer weather… We had to buy a fan for the room because they wouldn’t accommodate us in sending one to the room. As a Canadian 19°C is treacherous to sleep in. The AC pad is locked at 19° and they do not make accommodations to make it lower.
Dealing with the operator when you dial 0 is absolutely terrible. We had one guy named Alejandro who took our room service order and didn’t process it and had the audacity to lie to his boss saying that he never took our call. So we waited three hours for room service when they guarantee 45 minutes satisfaction which the 45 minutes is absolute trash that never actually happens. It’s always an hour or an hour and a half. You still have to pay after 45 minutes… when we voiced our concerns, he hung up on us and then we asked to talk to management and management, accommodated and apologized and so we got him again the next day and he hung up on us again. Amazing service! Very nice man.
Services kept changing on us… do not stay here

Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt

"Friendly staff"

The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancun
4/10 Poor
"Great facilities with separate pools for adults and kids. Staff were attentive and helpful.
However, the kids’ area needs updates and wasn’t always open. Also, very loud neighbors made it difficult for my daughter and me to sleep, despite security’s efforts."

GR Solaris Cancun & Spa - All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"I picked this resort based off of reviews so I’d like to share my perspective on details I wish I would have known. Let’s start with the pros: the customer service was excellent and the property is very well maintained.
Now for the cons: the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything around us which made sleeping well not easy. The staff would begin cleaning fairly early and were very loud: Talking loudly and moving furniture. I could hear conversations the people next to us were having as if they were in the room with me.
Next, the food was average but I suppose that is to be expected at an all inclusive. We brought our 14 year old daughter and there were not any activities for kids her age. It definitely seemed more of a place for families with young kids. It’s hard to know which resorts are best for teens since they consider ‘kids’ 12 and younger. So I wish we had known more about the typical age ranges and activities available. Overall, our stay was ok. I rated it a bit lower mainly due to the beds and pillows not being very comfortable and the noise issues in the rooms. "
