"We had a great experience staying at this hotel in Cancun Sunscape. The rooms were excellent and super clean, and the service was amazing throughout our stay. The food was also very good, and we really enjoyed it. The only thing I wish the hotel had was more pools, but overall everything was wonderful. We truly had an excellent stay and would definitely come back again in the future."

"Excellent hotel ..beautiful and clean! Just wish there was tastier food, but overall it was a great variety of food choices. Also, they just give the hotel guest more towels towels for the pool, one per guest is low. Overall I enjoyed the property. It’s beautiful and the staff is real nice."

"Room was noisy during the night from partying downstairs. Strangely nowhere to hang towels in bathroom. Tired overall, needs investment to lift the appeal (lounge area beside pool built with shipping pallets), but pretty beach and pool area. Front reception we later realised doubled surcharge cost for something at check-in, then argued that we didn't pay that amount, refused to believe credit card statement with resort name as vendor. Overall comfortable and a nice beach, but didn't feel like a relaxing resort with the "rough edges", ok for 1-2 nights."

"This is a good resort; it's not extravagant but it is a good value. We had a great one-week stay, a clean room, helpful & friendly staff, and the pools were all awesome. Food was typical all-inclusive quality, but we experienced one bad meal at the Steakhouse, our Ribeye steaks were poor, the waiter forgot our appetizers, and it was a less than pleasurable experience. We had Prime Rib meal at the Blue Moon although there was a premium price for that one, but well worth the price. The service was over the top, which simply made a great meal even better. The other restaurants were all pretty good. The Sakura, Margarita, and Amaranto were all exceptional. The facilities were clean and well-kept, but we did have a wobbly handrail at our swim-up pool room. Our daughter stayed in a different section, and they complained that their air conditioning never got very cold. All in all, I'd give it a strong 4-out-of-5, and it would have been a 5 if not for one bad meal and a few other things not necessary to mention."

"Great experience in this hotel, Staff was great they definitely make the difference, restaurants in the property have tasty food and availability is a plus you will be able to find food at any time of the day and the staff there is great 10/10. Location of the property is great if you plan to visit the Xcaret parks, Very family friendly. The property don't have a beach but a small "Caleta" that is perfect with close bar and buffet restaurant you will be able to drink, swim and eat in the same area"

"Modern resort, clean and plenty of activities to do all day. The Room was huge and beautiful. Plenty good options from several restaurants and a buffet too. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s more for families in case you are looking for a couple or Solo trip."
