Top Yucatan Peninsula Hotel Reviews
Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"First time in Riu group. I usually stay in Excellence/ Finest group but due to a family reunion we chose Riu Kukulkan. I didn’t regret though there are differences. Rui is more live, food and variety is better but not drink for sure! You usually had to wait long to get your drink. Shampoo, body shampoo and hand soap containers are ridiculous. You need to push them hard and squeeze the bottle to get what you need that is not convenient. Pools are limited and busy yet you can still enjoy it. Rooms are clean and room service staff are really great and friendly. Receptionist are nice but not that friendly that you should expect."
Moon Palace The Grand Cancun - All-inclusive
8/10 Good
"Overall the hotel was great, but I think they could do a better job of keeping the pools clean. I saw what looked to be vomit, in addition to plenty of bugs and other debris."
