"Loved the friendliness, cleanliness, variety and quality of food, the architecture and decor. Did not like the person who arranged transportation back to the airport. He booked it for the wrong day and then was not helpful or apologetic at all when we were waiting for our private transport that we had already paid him for. Front desk employees overheard and were kind and helpful. Had to be a car service at the last minute for more money. Overall a wonderful place and vacation. Fabulous staff. Entertainment leaves a lot to be desired if you're not in your 20s and don't want to go to the offsite parties . Just simply playing some current (or even 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s) in the theater each night -room to dance-would be super helpful and appreciated. Many people we spoke to agreed. Same w poolside. Just play some hits instead of constant speaking on the microphone (trivia, bingo, or nothing.). "

"The property is fairly nice, well managed and maintained and clean. The staff works tirelessly to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. My family of four stayed 5 days and we enjoyed our experience, especially the hospitality. We love the variety of food options, the entertainment, and the beach. We also like that it is in walking distance to other attractions. We love the staff at Sunscape and would like to give a special shoutout to Dulce, Heber, Abel, and Adan in the buffet restaurant and Ofcourse Diego in the front. We will definitely stay at Sunscape again."

"Fuimos en pareja y fue una experiencia muy agradable, no creo que vale la pena pagar por el Vantage pero nos lo dieron por ser Expedia VIP y lo disfrutamos. Todo fue maravilloso incluidos los restaurantes especializados excepto el de Ceviche que no nos encantó y el buffet tampoco la carne estaba fría, pocas opciones, la pasta y demás cosas no nos gustaron en fin pero había opciones muy deliciosas en otros lugares como el coco café y la piscina que salvaron el lunch y desayuno. Las actividades muy buenas y el equipo de animación genial. "
