"Good food, unlimited drinks, and great taste overall. I really enjoyed the Albatros Buffet and Mexican Lindo—they both had delicious options and a welcoming atmosphere. However, I didn’t like the Claraboya Seafood Restaurant. The seafood quality wasn’t good, and the experience was disappointing. We celebrated my baby’s first birthday there, but the staff didn’t make any effort to acknowledge it—not even a simple clap or greeting. They also seemed unfriendly during service. In contrast, when we celebrated my sister’s birthday at Mexican Lindo, it was a completely different experience. The staff went the extra mile—they even turned off the lights, lit the candles, and sang “Happy Birthday” with us. That made the celebration feel special and memorable."

"Heavenly bed, great A/C, quiet room, excellent staff. We enjoyed the (deserted) poolside and Oceanside palapas, the food is ok (try Navios ~10 minute walk, for an amazing evening ambiance!). The hotel was exactly what we expected, the room large enough, extra balcony was a nice touch for morning coffee. Recommend for a low key vacation (if you like lazing and reading). If you want life, take an Uber to pretty much anywhere. Ocean had enough seaweed to make swimming in waves mildly annoying."

"Overall a good stay, though it fell just short of excellent. The staff were friendly across nearly every interaction, and the property itself was well-maintained and spotless. A few things kept it from being a true standout. In the first 24 hours, we waited over an hour for food at one of the on-site restaurants, and a room service order we placed never arrived at all. There was also significant construction happening on the property, with heavy machinery generating a lot of noise throughout our stay. One other thing worth flagging: make sure you familiarize yourself with each restaurant's operating hours and dress code requirements ahead of time — it's not always clearly communicated, and it can catch you off guard at meal time. The bones of a great resort are here — friendly team, clean property — but the service hiccups, active construction, and restaurant logistics are worth knowing about before you book."

"Visited for the first time with family, everything was great, staff was friendly and responded well to our requests. Would recommend it for anyone visiting Mexico. All amenities were under one roof, helped a lot. "
