"Loved breathless soul! The staff were amazing and made us feel very comfortable. Very clean room and facility. We liked that there were multiple pools, lots of chairs/seating options, the beachfront was directly on the property which was great, food was surprisingly good for a resort (we went in expecting mediocre and ended up pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality of the food). The only downside was the aggressive push to use the added “experiences”. We understand upselling is normal but the 5 emails/messages about the “coupons” and excursion options plus the “tour” which ended in a 20 minute review of the add ons was a bit much. Overall a 5/5 experience for us however. We will definitely be returning in the future."

"The Caribbean Ocean sets the scene for this breathtakingly beautiful resort! Check in was fairly easy and quick. Arrived late due to flight delays but was still upgraded on my room. Staff was helpful and kind. I did find the service to be lacking around the pool and at the Asian restaurant. My room was on the 9th floor, corner ocean view and nothing short of spectacular! I absolutely cherished that view daily, appreciate the upgrade with my Expedia perks! Bed and room had everything I needed and was super comfortable. Loved the coffee shop, Mediterranean Restaurant, and close beach access. It’s also only 15 minutes from the airport. Would love to return in the future. Small boutique hotel that wasn’t super expensive but felt like it was!"

"The room was spacious and clean with a nice size balcony. The Staff was nice and courteous. The food was excellent and the late night shows very entertaining. Loved the beach, the stores, the easy access to X-Caret and the excursions. "

"Service Sarah in charge of the hotel the best and alwyas making sure as clients have the best attention, Juan, Julio, Adrian, Beacon, Diana, Silvino all are amazing workers and they make us feel like we are at home. One only request is gym needs better equipment and bigger place. I been coming since the renewal of the hotel and equipment hasn't been upgrade and some equipment is out of service. Other than that all is excellent. Maria De La Torre"
