"Nice place to come down. Excellent Service."

"This hotel has rooms bigger than most typical Japanese hotels. The bed is comfortable, spacious bathroom and small kitchenette. There was car parking available and facilities are clean all around. It’s within walking distance of the hells juku and convenience stores and restaurants too. The only problem is the onsen was nonoperational when we stayed."

"Immaculate rooms, extremely helpful staff and amazing views from the private baths. The dinner and breakfast were excellent and I highly recommend both."

"The hotel is very large with many guests. Our room itself is spacious. Onsen is comfortable but there's not much view. It's a quiet area, besides the Onsen Jinku, there's not much to see. But overall, the experience is good."
