"Parking was easy, staff were friendly, room service only included changing out towels/rags, they do not change bedding for 2 night stay. Water was really cold and took 5 mins or so to warm… pillows were comfy. We sweated both nights. Room did not cool good."

"They said there was no one above us but someone was up there dragging furniture all night long and running power tools so after informing the staff and NOTHING was done. We had planned on staying for 5 nights but after 2 nights of no sleep we checked out & left. The manager lied so much to Hotels.com and stoled our money for the 5 nights and refused to credit us back for the 3 nights we didnt even stay. People at the front desk the first 2 dsys & nights were great but the management leaves alot to be desired, very dishonest!!! Will NEVER stay here again too many other choices."

"Honest little motel. Nothing great but with the location being downtown Helen, it was great. Staff excellent, breakfast was outstanding. Downside as a guest paying 5.00 a day/night for parking. "

"The exterior of the hotel is very nice. The fireplace and common area is really nice and welcoming. Staff is great. Rooms are dated and walls definitely need some soundproofing. Overall it was a good stay, will consider coming back in the summer. The surrounding area is beautiful and fun. "
