"This is a smallish Hotel but it is big on charm, Location and amenities. It is right across from the mountain coaster and walking distance to all of the fun of Helen Georgia. I really enjoyed my stay there and they made us feel special."

"Noise from room above us was totally ridiculous from 9pm. Sounded like running and bumping continually. Called the front desk at 10pm. She sounded unconcerned and said she would tell someone (whatever that meant). Nothing changed. We finally went to bed after 11. Noise had settled down but I don't think anyone from the hotel had done anything. The floors between floors obviously do not have enough soundproofing. I paid about $300 for this room and it was totally not worth it. Would never stay there again."

"The owner/manger was rude. Very out dated. Milk was sour at breakfast as so was the orange juice. The fruit look like it had be bruised. We finally decided to just leave snd go get breakfast someone else."

"Our stay was great! Comfy beds, all was clean. No unwanted guests! Our room could use a little updating. Our tub faucet was not attached to the shower wall, so you had to be careful when you pulled the knob up to use the shower head. We had RSVP'd ourselves to the end room stay, for quietness from any others. The building location was great; right beside all of the festival weekend activities. We sat on the porch of our room to hear music, etc. The breakfast was what was stated. There was a nice variety of refrigerated items to choose from. And juice/coffee for a drink. We would stay at this end again. Great for the price! Thank you"

"Beautiful hotel and loved staying here. Small details to take it over the top. Crown molding needed caulked in bedroom. Pool walls needed deep cleaning. Some of the plants around the paths near the pool were invasive into the sidewalks. Omelette maker at breakfast seemed a little green. Sausages at breakfast not cooked. Several waits for front desk clerks to appear, although all were very helpful. Valet staff helpful with opening doors, but openly talking about how they need to make more money. Overall, we will continue to visit, but there are a few small touches that could take this place over the top. It would be great if they had a casual place other then Brassies to grab ice cream, pizza or candy- often find ourselves going out for food. Some some small things that could make the big difference!"

"Room was clean and cozy, staff were super friendly, breakfast was delicious, and it was hassle free. We needed somewhere to stay after a wedding and I’m so glad we chose here! I felt safe and everything was actually clean. For the first time ever—our room didn’t smell like old cigarette smoke and cheap air freshener. Everything was great!! Definitely plan on staying here again when we come back to visit."
