I shared one tiny concern I had with my room, and the staff member immediately apologized and wrote down the room number and my concern. I felt heard and that they were truely going to look into it. It was minor, and didn't take away from my stay. "

I enjoyed the coffee shop, restaurant, lounge, as well as room service - all food and beverages were tasty and service provided went above and beyond. Kudos to Jeff at the bar/lounge for great drinks and exceptional service!"
