"Large, comfortable room in a beautiful Victorian hotel conveniently located adjacent to the York train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was traditional English and quite good. I thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay and would definitely stay there again."

The rooms were clean and they added a note on the mirror as we was away for my Girlfriend’s birthday wishing her a happy birthday which we thought was a great touch. The grab and go section was perfect with free pot noodles and crisps and drinks to take to the room. 100% will come again"
