"I would recommend this hotel and it’s one of Toronto‘s affordable family orientated hotel. Staff has excellent customer service always willing to accommodate. Enjoyed my stay cleanness of the hotel was perfect."

"When we arrived we waited 10 mins for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. We walked into our room that smelt like cigarettes. After checking under the mattresses we found that the smoke detector had been disconnected and shoved under the mattress. The only reason that they are getting 2 stars is because switching rooms was done with ease. Not to mention the “continental breakfast” that consisted of cardboard boxes that held juice boxes, muffins, frozen breakfast sandwiches, and yogurt. The pool was also closed. "
