"We stayed in a lovely, spacious room, overlooking York racecourse, with a balcony. There was both a bath and a separate shower, the bed was huge and very comfortable.
It’s about a 30/35 minute walk into the centre of York along the main road or you can walk across the race course down a couple of street to join the river, that took about 45 mins but well worth it.
The pool facilities were lovely, having a wet and dry steam room too. Breakfast was great too, a good choice fruits/cereals/juices and help yourself cooked breakfast items. Me and my partner found all the staff helpful and professional. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

What i would say is dont expect it to look like the pictures we was but when we got there looked like a block of flats.
Breakfast wasnt the best tbh very little on offer very basic but it was included with our stay.
For the price you cant go wrong as nesr york its double the price.
