"My husband and I were welcomed as soon as we entered the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and my room was of a higher quality than we expected. The location is perfect—it is walking distance from the train station and town centre. "

"Lovely room, clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I ate breakfast and evening meal in the hotel, and used the hotel bar, all of which was excellent. The best location for seeing the city in my opinion. My only 'negative' comment is that, in my room, the windows overlooked the park opposite and, because off single pane sash windows which didn't close fully, with only secondary glazing over these, it was quite noisy at night as those enjoying the night life returned...

"We didn't like being in the basement, it was the same last time. However, the staff was super friendly and attentive. There has been a renovation which got their old beds replaced into ones that don't feel as comfy, unfortunately."
