行きなれたビジネスホテルより落ち着けた

出張で利用させて頂きました。私は部屋の窓を開け、空気の入れ換えを常にする方なので、部屋に入り窓を開けようと小間ったら、取手がなく開かない窓なのかと思い、フロントの方に呟いたら、特別な金具があり、それを持って開けて下さいました。朝食もコロナ感染を防ぐ為に中止となっており、近くにコンビニもないく、こちらもフロントの方に相談したら、簡単ではあるけれど、パンと無料でコーヒー自販機のコインを下さいました。こんな時ではありますが、快く対応してくださったので、安心して宿泊できました。お部屋もそれなりに年月を重ねてはいるものの、落ち着いた感と広さは十分でした。

快適に過ごせました！

宿泊費が安く、とても快適に過ごせました。唯一と言えば、シャワー室の下水？シャワーのお湯？が臭いが有ったのが残念でした…。でも、宿泊費が安く、従業員の方も親切だったので◎。

予約時から丁寧な対応で何の不満もなく快適でした。予約時にWの部屋しか予約出来なかったのに宿泊当日はもう一つベットを入れて頂きとても快適でした。心遣いが有り難かったです。

壁が薄くて他部屋の物音が聞こえて不快な気分になった。受付が夜間一人しかおらず、客に対しての要望に真摯に向き合えていなかったのが残念に思いました。

特に不満もないが、これといって良さがあるわけでもない。周りには重要な施設が多いので仕事関係の宿泊には向いている。その反面、コンビニなどは近くになく不便と感じる人もいるかもしれない。

浴槽に湯を張って入ろうとすると、驚いたことにたくさんの汚れや毛が浮いてました。入る前で、しかも白髪なので、自分のではありません。あり得ないことでした。普通のホテルなら、謝るだけでなく、部屋を変えてくれるか、宿泊代はいらないと言われます。支払いで5509円のところ、なぜか6690円を請求されました。一体どんな税金なのか、こちらも不明です

中々良かったですよ！

初めて宿泊しましたが、ウェルカムサービスのコーヒーとかもあり、良かったです。本来喫煙するので喫煙ルームがあるからいいかなーと思い、禁煙で予約していたのですが、手持ちのタバコをみて即座に喫煙ルームに変更してくれたのはありがたいと思いました。

ビジネスには大変便利で良い

禁煙roomでお願いしましたが、タバコの煙臭があり困惑しましたフロントの方の対応等は親切にしていただけました。築年数経過しているので仕方ないかもしれないですが、ユニットバス、窓枠などあまり清潔感がないように感じました料金的には大変良いスーパーも隣接で大変便利です

ダブルベッドが広く快適。4人家族で２部屋利用。お盆の連休中で一人約5,000円。出発2日前に予約。WIFI安定していました。YouTubeもOK
