Rooms are very clean, glass panels make up the bathroom walls. A TV, desktop computer, wifi router are provided. The room has a Jacuzzi. The rooms have a drawer full of skin care products to use or take home. Body wash, toothpaste, shavers, tooth brushes are provided. There's a cucumber scent shampoo which smelled AMAZING. Room has its own balcony for viewing the local area. Staff are friendly. Hotel has a cat which comes every morning to greet guests. There's a fancy control panel on the wall which has tons of buttons to control the lights. Theres also an elevator button in the room which can be used before you go to the elevator (in order to save time). Big, spacious. HIGHLY recommended!

아이들과 여행하기 딱 좋았어요. 온수풀도 사람이 많지 않고 높이도 적당해서 안전하고 방도 뜨끈뜨끈해서 편하게 잘 쉬었습니다.

친절히 잘 해주셨는데 온돌방이 따뜻해지지 않아 좀.. 청소나 물품상태는 괜찮았어요. 주차시 턱이 너무 높아서 불편했어요. 조금만 신경써 주었으면 하고 아쉬었어요.

사진과 다릅니다.

조카들이랑 수영하러 숙박을 잡았는데 사진에서 보이는 수영장은 운영하고 있지 않았습니다. 숙박비용은 근처 스플라스 호텔수준이었지만 그냥 모텔과 다르지 않았어요.

가족실 넘 좋아요

호텔 객실도 깨끗해고 욕실도 너무 깨끗했어요. 온천물도 콸콸 잘나와서 물받은데 오래골리지 않고 좋았어요. 온천단지내 공원과 산책로가 너무 잘되어있어 산책하기에도 너무 좋아요! 재방문의사 있어요~

한겨울 온천욕하긴 좀 아쉽고 프라이빗하게 놀긴 좋아요

약한물로 틀어야 욕조에 뜨거운 물을 받을수 있다고 미리 안내해두셨는데 생각보다 물이 너무 안뜨겁고 약하게 틀긴 물 받는데 오래걸려서 한겨울 야외 온천욕처럼 하긴 아쉬워요~~근데 방은 뜨끈뜨끈하고 굉장히 프라이빗해서 강아지 데리고 가서 바베큐하고 놀긴 너무 좋았어요~~^^ 한겨울보다 봄가을이나 여름에 바베큐하고 놀긴 너무 좋을거같아요~

전반적으로 만족합니다. 다만, 오전에 같은 층 다른방을 청소해주시는 분들이 대화를 크게하시면서 청소를 하셔서 소음이 크게 들려서 약간 불편한 건 있었습니다(외국분들 이신 것 같았어요!!) 데스크에 계신 분들도 친절하고, 스파도 너무 좋았고 전반적으로 만족합니다 ^^

침구패드가 성인에겐 너무얇아요

입실하니 방온도가후끈! 침구패드가 너무얇아서 여분으로 가져오시면 좋을듯. 그외엔 만족합니다.

대형욕조와 청결한 룸

매일 룸 청소를 해주어 너무 청결한 상태로 지낼수 있었고 특히 온천수와 대형욕조가 너무 만족스러웠음 룸 온도도 자유로이 조정할수가 있어 좋았음

프라이빗한 온천을 오롯이 즐기기 좋은 호텔

먼저 다녀온 친구로부터 이 호텔 정보를 듣고, 남편과 둘이 온천하며 쉬려고 1박으로 다녀왔어요. 요즘 코로나19로 동네 사우나 가기가 두려워 못가던 답답함을 풀 수 있었어요. 이곳에는 객실 안에 버블 욕조가 큰 게 있어서 프라이빗 온천욕을 즐길 수 있어 좋았어요. 남편도 좋아했고 편안하고 여유롭게 온천을 하고나니 피부도 좋아지고 근육도 부드러워져서 좋았어요. 바로 앞에 이용할 식당이 없는게 단점이지만 다른 관광이나 바쁜 일정이 없어서 차를 가지고 나가서 이용하니 괜찮더라구요~ 5분거리에 맛집들이 있어요~ 룸과 욕실은 깨끗이 청소되어 있었는데 냉난방 나오는 횐기구 커버가 먼지가 많아 아쉬웠어요~

화장실 청결 문제

주변환경 모두 좋아요. 침대가 너무 푹신하여 잠자리 조금 불편함. 온천단지라서 스파를 즐기며 아주 좋음. 헌데, 화장실 벽,등에 타일 줄눈에 곰팡이가 많이 끼어서 청소에 신경을 조금 더 가졌으면 하는 아쉬움 있음.

물은 좋아요~

아이 아토피때문에 온천을 찾아다니고 있어요. 온수사용 따로 비용 받지도 않고 마음껏 온천욕을 할 수있었어요. , 한식 가족실이 1층에 있어 아이들이 뛰어다녀도 뛰자마! 안해서 너무 좋더라구요~ 다만 6층 공영수영장은 바베큐장과 함께 있어서 바베큐를 이용하며 수영을 할수있는 장점은 있었지만 같이 온 아이들이 먹느라 왔다갔다 하느라 마스크를 안끼고 수영을 하는 모습이였어요~ >.<
