"We are a family of 4 who spent a week in Seoul, touring the city and its nearby sites. Novotel met all our needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is closed to a subway and a night market around the corner, so it's very convenient to get from one place to another. Breakfast was buffet-style, serving varying Asian/Western options. The soup noodle was my favorite. Thanks Novotel for making our stay in Seoul so enjoyable, will definitely book with you whenever we are back in Seoul."

"I think everything was pretty good. I was unsure where to stay cause I wanna stay at the hotel but it was nice. They have water there if you asked for it at the front desk but for some reason, our AC wouldn’t go below 22 three Celsius set up for 18°C but they had a hard time lowering but we were able to enjoy it though"

"Great amenities - great for family. Convenient location for shopping and going to restaurants. You will need a swimming cap to use the indoor pool. Hotel staff were absolutely amazing! we can't wait to come back"
