"室内が広く、バストイレ別で快適。また2ドア式の冷蔵庫(冷蔵庫と冷凍庫が別)なのも高評価ポイント。
駐車場は立体式で、幅が広い車・全長が長い車だと苦労するかも知れない。
朝食はご飯、汁物(テンジャンチゲ?)、ホットミール（プルコギ・スクランブルエッグ）、コールドミール(キムチ・ナムル等)と無料の割には充実している印象。ただ 、コーヒーが見当たらなかったのは残念(あるかどうかは聞いていない)。また、朝食の開始時刻がもう少し早いと有難い(7時～)。"
