"Good with communicating via WhatsApp till we arrived. Since it is located in a private property and no direct transportation- we took the bus closest to the Hanok and he picked us up from there. He also informed us about the Mask Dance at the Hanok Village and offered to drive us there. The Korean traditional breakfast the next morning hit the stop and made our stay feel authentic."

Sleeping on the heated floors was one of my favorite parts. I felt my back pain disappear, and in a way, it felt like I was reconnecting with something deeper—like returning to my roots. It reminded me so much of my childhood in Vietnam, staying with my grandparents. I came to Korea to find myself after losing my grandfather in 2025, and this place held space for that journey. Hearing the wind chimes throughout the day brought me comfort—it felt like a quiet reminder that he was still close by. This isn’t a place for nightlife or busy schedules. "It was a nice traditional Hanoi, warm floors and lots of bedding mats"

"A comfortable, spacious room in a great location. Friendly staff (limited english). Easy walk to main bus routes (including trip to KTX rail station & Andong Hahoe village), large supermarket at Home plus and many restaurants. Our room was very clean and included a sofa plus bar fridge. Traditional small towels supplied. No breakfast available as per site. Enjoyed our stay in Andong."

"The man who checked us in was not very friendly but the woman at information was much friendlier. The area is a bit dead in the evenings, not much to walk to, but it is a short drive to the folk village and we had a great Korean bbq dinner just around the corner from the hotel. "
