"The property is older and well used but it works perfectly for a university visit where you are just looking for a good bed and a clean bathroom. Location is very good and the price decent considering the graduation season."

"The room was quite outdated, with the flooring being the only feature that appeared recently updated. The sheets were clean, although we chose to use our own. The property could benefit from some landscaping and general interior updates. The bathroom would be more functional with a few wall hooks for towels and clothing. "Breakfast was excellent. I couldn't get a warm shower; the water was only slightly warm. Some of the furniture was a little dusty in the corners. The halls were quiet.The location was convenient."
