"Photos do not correspond to reality. Windows are dirty. Bad smell in the room. A constant problem with elevators, some of them rise to the desired floor, some do not. They demand money for the pool, although it is listed in the list of available services. The room itself is spacious, it is not hot in it, a good view from the window, proximity to the sea. There is a stove."

"I had an amazing experience at the Sheraton Nha Trang! The hotel’s location is perfect — right across from the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the little details that make a big difference.The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes — definitely one of the best in town."
