"Loved the location and room. The breakfast was good as well. Most staff was friendly and helpful except for the lady on checkout day. She was not friendly nor helpful. Transport bus had flat tire and was not empathetic to having a 3 year old or disabled adult. All ended well but she needs training in hospitality."

"The location of the property is incredible. Our only disappointment is that housekeeping did not visit our room once during our stay. If we were told this, I missed it in the communication. There were enough towels but fresh sheets would have been welcomed after a long day on the trails."

"There was a large kitchen with nothing in it except a fridge and sink. No paper towels, sponges, silverware or plates. There was no information about local restaurants or sights. And apples were $1.00 each. For the price, I would have expected a complimentary breakfast."
