The staff is very nice. Hotel is very clean, room was clean as well. Very close to everything. Family friendly 100%. My kids loved them, we will definitely come back. The pool is great! I recommend it. I would add brighter lights to the room and bathroom.

El agua caliente no está disponible en la habitación a menos que les digas que la ponga, asimosmo mi habitación estaba cerca de la alberca y el restaurante y no se podía descansar hasta pasadas las 10:00 p.m. Les falta reestructuración en los muebles, la cama si muy rica

El personal excelente servicio, muy atentos , lo que si hace falta que algunas habitaciones estan muy deterioraras como la número 32 , y si tienen mucho terreno para que pongan o ampliación de la alberca y un poca mas profunda. . Las almohadas algunas duras, toallas excelente, sábanas excelentes.
