They must be clear with the client in emergencies to be able to look for another place in the face of need and say no after they had confirmed the availability from the 1st day and did not want to make the transaction to add a night and when he left the day he requested it the staff denied it."

"Un fin de semana espectacular. El lugar estaba muy acogedor y tranquilo. Todo limpio. Lo único que no me gustó fue los pool passes. Los huéspedes no pudimos disfrutar por tantas personas con el pool passes que no estaban hospedándose. De lo demás estuvo muy bien."
