"Clean room,Safe was not working (told the reception) bathroom faucet was not working properly, Herratic internet (wifi) and no good coverage of Cell internet . With the air conditioning set a 18 we were not able to go below 26 in the room (curtains closed)"

"I hate giving it 5 star rating as I want to keep this hotel as my secret hideaway! But credit where it is due. This is my 3rd visit in the last 9 months and I will continue to come back. The team are amazing from the reception and porters, to the waiters and valets, the chefs and the life guards to housekeeping and the bar and of course not to mention the excellent entertainments team. I cannot commend the hotel highly enough. It is formal but informal, with fellow guests enjoying the facilities and welcoming feel with the environment being super enough to want to dress up for dinner! I recommend it to anyone who wants a quality hotel in a beautiful hotel with a great beach!! This time I had a room in the main hotel which was not disappointing but I usually have a bungalow which I love for the character of the brick ceiling. I have to also mention the spa - what a fabulous plus for the hotel. The treatments are professional and thoroughly enjoyable, great value and all in beautiful surroundings. Even though I am off to another hotel I will be coming back to book spa treatments as they are top notch! Well done team - missing you all already but will return. Keep up the good work."

"If you come expecting 3 star, you will be very pleasantly surprised. If you come expecting 4/5 star - you will of course be disappointed. The rooms are basic (no fridge, hair dryer, kettle) but they were clean and spacious - 3 star. Food wise its very good - 3.5 star (maybe 4 if you will try new things) It's more like a AI hybrid model. You can come and not spend a penny, but if you want all the bells and whistles, expect to have to pay a little bit. Eg. there is fruit juice from machines at breakfast, but for freshly pressed orange juice in front of you, it's a small charge (£1ish). You get ice lollies free 24 hr, but if you want ice cream and waffles etc. there is a charge. There is a lovely Ottoman style coffee shop on site, it is chargeable, but you can get a coffee from a machine day or not for free. There is wood fired pizzas and pasta and chips all the time, but there is so many other lovely local dishes to be tried and fresh stations for omelettes, flat breads, donut, fried fish, kebabs etc.If you want sausages, burger and chicken nuggets at ever meal though, this maybe isn't the place for you. Alcohol - the wine and beer are nice, the spirits aren't great quality and are limited in terms of choice. This didn't matter to us as don't drink much and there is also the paid bar if you prefer. Staff are 5 star. Can't do enough for you. if you have an issue please just tell them and they will do all they can to make it right! Animation team at 100 star."

A special thanks to Hanadi or nadim (I hope I remembered the name correctly) at reception, who was extremely helpful during the check-in process and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Cyrine, Guest Relations Manager, and Med Aziz from Guest Relations for their kindness, professionalism, and valuable recommendations on places to visit and things to do in Hammamet. They truly looked after me throughout my stay, checking in with me every day to make sure everything was perfect and that I was enjoying my holiday. Their care and attention made a real difference and were greatly appreciated. Special thanks as well to Walid and the lovely team at the pool bar for their friendly service and for making my time there so enjoyable. Overall, all the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their dedication and positive attitude made my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning soon with my family. Thank you again for such a fantastic experience"
