"This was a great little lodge with a Michelin Star-level restaurant and friendly attentive staff. It was right nextdoor to an animal reserve and a short drive to the Iguazu Falls. There are fun trails on the property to hike or bike. I definitely recommend Overo Lodge & Selva."

"The room, staff and outdoor pool(s), yes, two pools and proximity to Iguaza falls were excellent. Breakfast was also great, but it's the same stuff everyday. Just a bit of variety would help. Other poolside restaurant also had limited food selections. We stayed in this lovely and well maintained property for more than a few days, and perhaps that's the reason for the limitations as we see. If there were more options for dining, I'd want to spend a month:) in this lovely and spacious compound."

"I'd totally go back to Tupa Lodge. When I booked, I saw some bad reviews, but a lot of it was about the last little bit of road, like 300 to 400 meters. The road's a bit rough, but that's not unusual around here. Just drive a bit slower and you will be fine. We used Uber and taxis with no problems. I actually think that's a good thing—less traffic means less noise. The peace and quiet are the best part of the lodge. The grounds are beautiful and chill, right on the river looking at Paraguay to the west. The cabins are clean and rustic but have everything you need. The staff were super nice. The day we left, our flight got delayed, and they were cool with us staying an extra 4 hours and using everything. There's a beautiful deck and a two-level pool, perfect for chilling after a long day or just hanging out all day if you want. The restaurant has local food, and the local fish I had was amazing. They were fine with dietary restrictions. The whole vibe of the place was relaxing and welcoming. This is a lodge and not the Ritz Carlton. I totally recommend Tupa Lodge."
