"We had an excellent time here. Own private onsen in room, with a wonderful view of the lake. The food and service was excellent. The hotel is very modern, yet still very traditional Japanese. Would love to stay here again."

"とても静かで接客の方も皆親切でした。 誕生日月だったのでサービスプレートを出してくれました。 大浴場が無いなが残念でしたが、お部屋のお風呂も広く、露天風呂も付いたので問題は有りませんでした。 朝食はとても美味しく頂きました。 夕食で苦手な物を聞いて頂いた時、私だけがお肉が苦手と伝えたのですが、2人とも魚に変更されてしまいました。 主人はお肉が大好きなので残念でした。 お年寄りむきなのか、量も少なめで味に関しては好き嫌いが別れそうだと思いました。 "

"ゆっくりできました。入り口に自転車もあり、借りられるのも、手頃な料金も、良かったです。外食でなく、ＪＡなどで、新鮮な地元の食材を使って、レンジ調理など簡単調理をして楽しめば良かったと思いました。なにより、涼しく居心地が良かったです。いつでも、コーヒーやお茶が用意してあるのも嬉しかったです。"

"案内地図が分かりにくく、ちょっと迷ってしまう。 周辺地図とかも出ておらず、 特に暗くなってしまったら、たどり着くのは困難かと。 お部屋に冷蔵庫がないのもちょっと不便かな。"

"If you're looking for an onsen experience this is the place! We were welcomed as we drove up the windy mountain road to the hotel. The check in experience was calm and efficient. Dinner, breakfast and private bath times chosen. The baths are wonderfull, overlooking the river and with views down the forested valley. Dinner and breakfast were amazing, although our kids sadly didn't feel adventurous enough. It was a truly magical experience on our first trip to Japan."

"Good, compact business hotel especially for the price. Older property but well maintained and room has all the amenities you’ll need (tea, kettle, mini-fridge, slippers, toothbrush + paste, comb, q-tips, etc.). Check in lady was great & explained everything. Hotel also provides printouts explaining things in english."
