"Absolutely luxurious and fantastic hotel. The expanse of both the inside and outside of the property is beyond impressive and the attention to detail and a dedication to beauty and luxury is overwhelming. You truly feel like you've stepped into a palace from the moment you walk in. We were celebrating our anniversary and were treated to a bed decorated with elegantly arranged red roses and the most delicious chocolate cake. The breakfast buffet was expansive and decadent and the staff enhanced the experience with their kindness and warmth. Despite the fact that it was over 100 degrees outside, we still braved the heat and enjoyed the swimming pool, the refreshing lazy river and a visit to the camels on the beach. I truly hated to leave this lovely hotel and will definitely be returning in the near future."

"Great experience and ambiance at the hotel. My only negative experience was at checkin, there was someone in front of me and another man walked up and was helped right when the guy was helping someone else and I was waiting instead of asking him to wait his turn. As I was exhausted from an all day international flight this was not the time to let someone slip the line; you don’t know where others are coming from and dealing with. Best to always have customers wait their turn."

"From the moment we stepped into the hotel the experience was excellent. Concientious and helpful staff made check in a breeze, and throughout the entire stay ran to open doors, did everything they could to be helpful, and made my kids smile. Binod, Parisha and more were just delightful. The room was clean, modern and well maintained. When looking at pictures of the hotel we were sure the room was an AI image - it did in fact look exactly as nice as the pictures showed. The hotel itself is bright and clean and the staff take a lot of care to make sure it always looks inviting. The meals were excellent, and the wait staff was eager to help and made sure to seat us in a place that was comfortable for our large family with small kids. There was a large variety of great food, something for everyone even picky kids. The indoor playground in the hotel is a great add on for familied with kids, and the woman working there was kind and spent a long time playing with our kids so we could have a break. The pool area is also clean and a great size - not too massive that we couldn't keep track of the kids, but big enough to feel luxurious. The kids pool is great as well, and there were plenty of towels at all times. The hotel is situated in a great location on Yas island, roughly a 5-10 minue taxi to anywhere you want to go. We also took advantage of the free hotel shuttle to the parks which left and arrived exactly on time. Our stay included some free tickets to the parks."

"This hotel stay was just what we needed because we had a layover and we needed a place to rest for half a day. It’s a solid decent hotel for this type of requirement. The rooms should have a deep cleaning because we noticed some dirt behind cabinets when we were looking for one of our children’s toys."
