"Beautiful amazing very clean kids loved it and loved the pool very close to everything "

"Couldn't even stay in the room. Cockroaches were massive. They were in the closet safe kitchen & under the sink the rubbish bin. Came out from under & around the back of the sofa & bed. Other bugs ame from under table base whatever they were. Infested! Nobody answered my call or replied to my msg the next day. I left msg to say I couldn't sleep there & was leaving. Mno reply. Got hold of the lady on 2nd try the next day, asked for a refund was told no no no go away & hung up. Started a complaint with Expedia it was marked urgent 19/03/26 was told would have a resolution & email within 24hrs Still waiting 25/03/26. Even if there were no bugs the basement car park & main doors are open all night. There were alot of people who were not staying there wandering around & going in & out for a look also driving in & out of the car park while I was waiting to be pucked up to leave. Did not feel safe or welk cared for"

"We stayed for the Festival of Golf & WPGA event. We had a wonderful time as always. We appreciate the high consistency of excellence that is offered in all areas of the running of this beautiful visually stunning, unique property. Special shout out to all the staff at all levels, who do there very upmost to create many meaningful moments for there guests. This Hotel & surrounding areas, hold a very special place in our hearts, long may it Prosper! "

"Some sore of deodoriser machine in our room when we arrived to get out the smell of the previous “ guests “ People fighting in the halls at 6am. Won’t be back."
