"A short stay but worth it 👍"

"Good location, plenty of places to eat in the area. The only issue I have, and it's common in Southern ontario. Lots of two floor places do not have elevators and I have no desire to haul luggage upstairs at my age. We managed to get a ground floor."

"Was concerned about noise when I checked in as there were lots of kids running around the lobby at 10pm, the staff informed me they were there for a basketball tournament but my room was tucked away and I had no issues. Clean and comfortable!"

"It was a nice clean hotel love how warm the pool was. No hot tub but at least the pool wasn’t cold."

"Parking was great. No hotel staff to greet us in arrival, waited five ten minutes to check in. Initial thoughts were nice room. Tried to use the pool, it was broken and freezing and the slide was barricaded off because “there aren’t enough people to use it so we don’t”. Staff Roger was a really helpful and nice guy who seemed to have his hands tied and full. I commend him for trying to make us happy. The remote for the TV didn’t work so asked for new batteries, did not help so ended up using the buttons on the TV instead, mildly inconvenient. The hotel was nice enough to bring us a couple of pops as a courtesy. I tried to shower and could not get the water to stay hot and trying to set it to a consistent temperature was impossible and mostly just freezing like the pool. The linens were itchy and I could not get comfortable to sleep. Ended up leaving at 10:30 for the three hour drive home! As much as Roger tried he could not make this stay better. "

"I was really impressed with the Front desk staff, going above and beyond when I had an issue,. One concern, and it was specific to us, I hope. There was a cleaning gentleman who spent an odd amount of time staring at my friend's daughter in her bikini and pointing his camera at her. He repeatedly cleaned the same section of railing for almost 25 minutes. I commented to the front desk, and they said it would be investigated."
